How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
Our automated warehouse typically ships out within 24 hours if there's no error with your order!
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Our carriers cannot guarantee a certain shipping time, it can take anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks. Shipments can take longer to arrive depending on a variety of things and heavily depend on things like customs, but even weather can have influence.
It's been more than 3 weeks since you shipped out my order, and it still hasn't arrived!
Unfortunately we're unable to do anything until your order has been "missing" for 6 weeks, the carriers can't start an investigation before that time frame has expired. In the meantime please call your local post office(s) to see if maybe they have already received your package!
The tracking you provided doesn't work!
If is a problem with the tracking and it has been longer than a week,

Can I pick up an order that I placed?

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently use Paypal! But we might expand our payment methods in the future.
Can I pay with Credit Card?
You can pay using your Credit Card through Paypal!
Are there any other payment methods available?
We're working on adding more payment methods, but currently
only accept Paypal.
Can I wash my Lockshop wig?
Yes you can! Please wash it with a mild (baby) shampoo, conditioner or laundry detergent
in cold or lukewarm water. Don't use hot water as it might "reset" your wig and it will lose it's shape.
After washing it, let it air dry and under no circumstances brush it or blow-dry it while it's wet!!
Can I use heat styling tools on my Lockshop wig?
You can totally use any kind of heat styling tools on our products, our products are heat resistant
and we frequently test them on this! Please keep in mind that different quality styling tools may have
a different effect on the fibers and because of this it's best to keep the maximum heat at around 150 degrees Celsius.
I received a product and I think it may be faulty!
We take product quality very serious and it's not our intention to deliver any faulty or inferior products.
If you think you have received such a product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and include order number, a description of what is wrong with the wig and pictures! It's best to do this sooner than later.
