Shipments and returns
Packages are usually shipped out withing a week after receiving payment. If you chose a shipping method with tracking, you will be sent a message with the tracking number and the website where you can track it.
Shipping times are longer than what they were previously, we had to make a choice between cheap or fast shipping. As fast shipping would cost approximately €19 more for orders with only 1 item we went with cheap shipping instead. Hopefully we will be able to decrease shipping times in the future.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
Please make sure that the name you use is the same that the mailman can find you on (ie. the name on your buzzer), we've received a lot of returned packages because the name was different! If there is a buzzer code needed, please also include that.
For packages that were returned to us without agreement (ie. missed retrieval date at the post office), we will have to charge €2,50 administration fees plus the shipping cost and eventual reshipping cost. So please make sure to be able to receive or pick up your package!
We currently offer free shipping under certain circumstances.
We ship worldwide through Deutsche Post, PostNL and DHL. Unfortunately we're unable to offer any additional shipping options at this time. All orders are dispatched as priority with tracking.
If there is a problem with the product that you received, please contact us, we're more than happy to provide you with the service and the product that you deserve.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of arriving, the customer must contact us with the order number and the item they wish to return. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, insured and tracked shipping is recommended as we're unable to make refunds on returned items until the items in question have arrived at our office. Depending on the state of the product, we may not be able to refund the complete amount.
For returns for non-faulty items we don't refund the shipping cost.
Please understand: We can only accept returns of new items in unworn, unopened state. They must arrive at our office the way it arrived at your place, due to hygiene standards we are unable to accept returns otherwise. If we receive a return in any other state we are unable to reimburse you for your order, and it would be a shame to waste money on shipping for a declined package!
Any returned orders that have been worn won't be refunded and will only be shiped back on the customer's own cost.
